Hearing Evaluation

The Speech & Hearing Center offers comprehensive speech and language pathology services. Our speech-language pathologists have over 75 combined years of experience in the evaluation and treatment of human communication disorders. They are all masters level certified and are state and nationally licensed by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

Our speech-language pathologists treat individuals of all ages, from infants to the elderly, and provide evaluation, rehabilitation, and management of problems involving:

Community Collaboration The Speech & Hearing Center works in tandem with community agencies that are committed to the rehabilitation needs of communicatively impaired individuals and their families. We partner with physicians, nurses, educators, communication professionals, and social workers to ensure that the individuals we serve have the highest quality of treatment at the most affordable rates. Additionally, our staff provides guidelines and direction to family members so they can carry over skills learned in therapy into every day activities. Truly, parent involvement is a vital component to the success of improved speech and language skills of one’s child.

*We offer onsite speech and hearing screenings for children at area private schools, pre-schools, and childcare centers. Participation in these screenings requires parental permission and a nominal fee. Parents are provided with written results and recommendations the day of the screening, which outline their child’s speech and language development, as well as their hearing status.
